Ion Bank Awards Employee for Outstanding Customer Service
Ion Bank has awarded their quarterly customer service commendation to Genie Tricarico, Mortgage Processor, at our 1430 New Haven Road, Naugatuck office.
The SARF Award (Safety & Security, Accuracy, Responsiveness and Friendly, Personalized Service) is given every quarter to the employee who best represents the Bank’s engrained culture of giving customers the service and dedication they deserve, every day.

Genie joined Ion Bank 29 years ago as a Teller and went on to get promoted several times as Head Teller, Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager before joining the Consumer Lending Department as a Mortgage Post Closer and her current position of Mortgage Processor. She graduated from the CT School of Finance and Management in 2000. Genie resides in Seymour with her husband Glenn and daughters Hannah and Julia.
