Beware of Phishing Scams
Ion Bank is committed to providing its customers with up-to-date fraud alerts and information.
PHISHING ALERT: There is a phishing scam going around through text messaging alerting the phone user that their debit card has been deactivated. This text tells the user to call an automated system which asks for their 16 digit card number. If you receive a text message like this contact your financial institution directly. No financial institution should be sending unsolicited requests for personal information like card numbers, PINs, social security or account numbers.
