  • Personal Banker
    Location Icon Southbury

    Full Time

    Provide superior service to internal/external customers with various types of accounts, while ensuring business growth and retention for the branch. Perform financial transactions accurately and efficiently along with ensuring appropriate controls of currency/negotiables. Contribute to established branch profitability goals by cross selling products/services to new/existing customers. Minimum High School diploma required and one to three years Teller/retail banking with sales experience, or some comparable combination of education and experience. EOE, Disability and Vet Employer.

  • Float Teller
    Location Icon Location Varies

    Part Time

    Provide friendly, personalized service to Bank customers; establish rapport to recognize and meet their banking needs. Perform financial transactions for customers accurately and efficiently. Accurately balance teller window, and adhere to set policies and procedures. Respond to customers’ financial needs by actively participating in the consultative sales process. Minimum High School diploma required and one year cashier or Teller experience or some comparable combination of education and experience. EOE, Disability and Vet Employer.

  • Administrative Assistant
    Location Icon Ion Insurance - Cheshire

    Full Time

    Provide high level of service while greeting, assisting and directing incoming calls, visitors, and processing mail. Effectively handle administrative functions including transaction processing and back-up support, commission data entry, ordering office supplies, and administrative support for agency personnel. This entry level position has opportunity for future growth of a career path leading to an Insurance Account Manager position. The right candidate will be promoted within 12-18 months to an Assistant Account Manager position at which time you will be required to obtain a CT Insurance License. High School diploma required and one to three years office administrative assistant experience or some comparable combination of education and experience. EOE, Disability and Vet Employer.

  • Lead Personal Banker

    Full Time

    Ensure efficient operation of the branch through effective supervision of branch staff. Provide excellent customer service. Actively participate in the sales process and motivate branch staff to achieve assigned goals. Assist the manager in maximizing the growth, competitiveness, and profitability of the branch. High School diploma required and three to five years Teller experience, plus one to three years Head Teller/CSR experience, or some comparable combination of education and experience.   • Head Teller
    Location Icon Naugatuck

    Full Time

    Ensure efficient operation of the branch through effective supervision of branch teller staff. Provide excellent customer service. Provide appropriate control of currency.  Accurate balancing of branch, vault and teller window. Actively sell/cross-sell products and services, and make referrals when appropriate. High School diploma required and five to seven years Teller experience or some comparable combination of education and experience. EOE, Disability and Vet Employer.

  • Operations Representative II - Deposit Services
    Location Icon Naugatuck

    Full Time

    Provide support of new account opening documentation review and retention. Maintain complete and accurate records and reporting of IRA/HSA/Savings area. Perform related tasks with a high quality of service for both internal and external customers. High School diploma required, plus banking courses. Three to five years banking experience or some comparable combination of education and experience. EOE, Disability and Vet Employer.

  • Mortgage Originator
    Location Icon Naugatuck

    Full Time

    Originate mortgage/consumer loan applications to increase portfolio and meet monthly production goals, while ensuring compliance with lending rules and regulations. Actively promote new mortgage and consumer loan business development for the bank. Develop professional relationship with area realtors and builders to promote new loan business. Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred. Familiarity with mortgage products, underwriting, terminology and Freddie Mac and CHFA guidelines. Two to four years lending and sales experience, or some comparable combination of education and experience. EOE, Disability and Vet Employer.

  • AVP, Branch Manager
    Location Icon Meriden

    Full Time

    Provide leadership and management to branch staff ensuring operational efficiency, excellence in customer service, and the ongoing implementation of the sales process designed to deliver the Bank’s products and services to potential and existing customers while maximizing the growth, competitiveness, and profitability of the branch. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Five to seven years retail banking with supervisory or management experience, or some comparable combination of education and experience.
