Mortgage Closing Assistant / Post CloserNaugatuck
Prepare mortgage/loan closing documents and communicate with closing attorneys to ensure accuracy and completion of required documentation. Monitor timely receipt of closing packages from attorneys and perform post-closing quality control review of all closing file documents for all residential and consumer loans. Senior Credit AnalystNaugatuck
Provide timely and accurate complex credit analysis to ensure sound commercial C&I and CRE lending activities of the Bank. Conduct proper review and administration of existing and prospective commercial accounts. Act as a liaison between the Credit Analysts and other departments. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. Minimum five years of commercial lending and underwriting experience or some comparable combination of education and experience. Commercial Loan Portfolio AdministratorNaugatuck
Support assigned Commercial Loan Officer(s) and Portfolio Manager in the approval and/or renewal process as well as credit and loan administration functions to ensure compliance with loan policy and regulatory requirements. Handles loan documentation and set up, compliance to loan terms, and the maintenance of files and reports. Minimum Associate’s degree preferred. Commercial Loan Servicing SpecialistNaugatuck
Provide quality customer service to support the Commercial Loan Servicing Department including but not limited to setting up new loans on the Bank’s Core System. Handle inquiries and requests of business customers and branches. Research and provide required documentation of all subpoena requests. Generate monthly and quarterly reports including reconciling general ledger accounts. Service and administer the remittance of participation loans. Perform the assigned daily scanning function of loan documents, financials, and tax returns. Minimum high school diploma required plus additional banking courses. Financial AdvisorLocation varies
Ion Investments, located at Ion Bank and partnering with Infinex Financial Group, is accepting applications for a full time Financial Advisor. This position is responsible for providing prospective and existing clients with information regarding a wide range of financial planning products and services and utilizing specialized areas of expertise to find the appropriate solutions for each client. Successful candidates must have the ability to develop external referral sources and partner effectively with branch staff, lenders, and insurance personnel to generate cross-sell opportunities for all lines of business. Minimum college degree with 3-5 years experience with FINRA series 7 & 65 or 66 with CT Life and Variable Life Insurance licenses required. Valid Driver’s License required. Cash Management & Business Development OfficerLocation varies
Identify, analyze, sell and support cash management products and services to existing as well as prospective customers. Serve as point of contact for customers and meet with them to facilitate the sales and support process. Provide leadership and support to branch management and lenders; give presentations and serve as a subject matter expert in cash management solutions for their customers. Minimum Bachelor’s degree required plus 5-7 years banking with cash management, retail branch management or business development experience preferred, or some comparable combination of education and experience. Provide friendly personalized service to Bank customers; establish rapport to recognize and meet their banking needs. Perform financial transactions for customers accurately and efficiently. Accurately balance teller window, and adhere to set policies and procedures. Commercial Lines Account ManagerCheshire
Assist in the production of new commercial insurance accounts as well as the retention, upgrading and cross selling of existing accounts. Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to effectively manage assigned book of business in a professional and courteous manner. Minimum High School diploma required plus CT Property and Casualty insurance license and three years commercial lines insurance experience preferred or some comparable combination of education and experience.
