  • Teller
    Location Icon Ansonia

    Part Time

    Provide friendly personalized service; establish rapport to recognize and meet customers’ banking needs. Perform financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Accurately balance teller window, and adhere to set policies and procedures. Minimum High School diploma required and one year cashier or teller experience preferred or some comparable combination of education and experience.  EOE, Disability and Vet Employer.

  • HSA/IRA/Savings Supervisor
    Location Icon Naugatuck

    Full Time

    Effectively oversee and manage the development, delivery, and maintenance of retirement, savings and health savings products and services, as well as their related policies and procedures. Maintain complete and accurate records and reporting of HSA/IRA/Savings area.  Handle transactions and communications with a high quality of service.  Supervise HSA/IRA/Savings staff in their daily tasks. Minimum Associates degree preferred plus 3-5 years IRA experience or some comparable combination of education and experience. EOE, Disability and Vet Employer.

  • Customer Consultant
    Location Icon Naugatuck

    Part Time

    In the Contact Center extend excellent customer service via alternative delivery channels including but not limited to, phone, web chat, email, video, social media. Utilize professional and proactive relationship banking techniques. Process customer transactions and consultation via video. Minimum High School diploma required and 2 years sales or retail banking experience or some comparable combination of education and experience. EOE, Disability and Vet Employer.

  • Administrative Assistant
    Location Icon Naugatuck

    Part Time

    Accurately maintain Insurance CEO’s daily calendar. Ensure leads are distributed daily to appropriate sales staff. Maintain database of Insurance staff licensing. Identify and assist in planning for continuing education classes in office/webinar to ensure all employees meet state licensing requirements. Handle meeting and event organization and set-up. Minimum high school diploma required and insurance agency experience preferred, plus a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. EOE, Disability and Vet Employer.
