The online solution is designed to meet all requirements put in place by the SBA, handling forgiveness in a timely and efficient manner.   • The link provided will require the borrower to log in utilizing an authentication method of SBA Loan #, SBA Loan Amount and Federal Tax Identification number. Should you need information regarding your SBA Loan # or Loan Amount please refer to your original SBA PPP Promissory Note.
  • Borrowers will be asked a series of questions in order to complete the application process. Please note, included within each question are additional links and documents to help guide you through the application should questions arise.
  • The application will automatically calculate certain fields of the application via the answers you provide as you go through the process. The associated supporting documentation will also be requested, along with further explanation of that specific documentation requested. These documents can be uploaded directly in a secure manner to the online program.
  • You will have the ability to review the application, the supporting documentation and ultimately E-Sign to provide consent, which will result in the submission of the request to the Bank.

The solution includes the ability to ask questions to the Bank and we welcome your questions as they may arise, though we continue to recommend you consult with your accountant and/or financial advisor with regard to details applicable to your specific circumstances. It should be noted that there is pending legislation which may alter the forgiveness process, but rest assured the Bank will be able to handle any of those changes as they arise. Under the SBA guidance, the forgiveness application must be submitted within 10 months of the applicable covered period.
