Loans $500.001 or more require full appraisal, closing with Attorney with Title Insurance paid by borrower (please contact Lending Dept. for cost of appraisal). 1-4 family owner occupied properties only. $50.00 annual fee paid on anniversary waived with auto pay from Ion Bank Checking Account.
