Let us know when you’re heading out of town.

We’ll Help Protect You

In order to protect our customer’s accounts, we monitor ATM and Debit card transactions for potentially fraudulent activity, so please let us know when you will be using your ATM or Debit card out of the area.

It’s simple, log into iBanking and head to the Service Center. You will find the Notify Ion of My Travel Plans option under the Electronic Services section.

You can also call our Contact Center at 203.729.4442.

Our goal is to minimize your exposure to losses and the impact of any fraud. Depending on the nature of the suspected fraudulent activity, we may shut down the card until we confirm the legitimacy of the transaction(s).

We will never ask you for your card, PIN or CVV numbers. Your participation in responding to our call is critical to prevent potential losses and avoid possible restrictions we may place on the use of your card.

Our automated call may ask you to verify recent transaction activity on your card. You also may be asked to provide the last four digits of your taxpayer identification number, address, name, ZIP Code, transaction amount or merchant name. You’ll be able to respond via your touchtone keypad. Operators are live, 24 hours, 7 days a week. You may hit # to speak with an operator.
