All of us at Ion Bank wish you a happy holiday season.
Our holiday hours are Dec. 24 – close at 3pm, Dec. 25 – closed, Dec. 31 – close at 5pm, Jan. 1 – closed.

With much excitement we announce the grand opening of our newest branch located at 376 N. Main Street in Southington. This 22nd branch is a milestone for us with our first EV charging station which can charge two vehicles simultaneously. While offering added convenience to customers, we are thrilled to do our part by reducing our carbon footprint to help improve air quality and lower greenhouse gas emissions.

Also featured at this modern and vibrant branch is Personal Teller Machine (PTM) technology with extended hours. The PTMs allow for face-to-face banking via video with extended hours from 7am – 8pm Monday through Friday and 7am – 3pm on Saturday. This PTM technology gives customers the ability to interact with a live teller through two-way video. Bank customers can conduct typical transactions through the Personal Teller Machine including making deposits and payments, withdrawals, transferring money, cashing checks, and more.

“This is such an exciting opportunity to bring a true community bank to Southington,” said David J. Rotatori, President and CEO of Ion Bank. “As a mutual bank, we do what is in the best interest of our customers and the communities we serve. We’re thrilled to now be part of the Southington community and welcome the opportunity to serve its residents, families, and businesses.”

The new Southington branch is staffed with consultative Personal Bankers along with Business Banking and Commercial Lenders who can serve customers’ needs with everything from new checking accounts or mortgages to commercial loans, personalized business banking, and cash management. Additionally, wealth management and insurance services are available through our family partner, Ion Investments.
