2 Free ATM transactions at Ion Bank ATMs. Ion Bank does not charge when you use your debit card at another bank’s ATM and will refund other banks’ ATM fees that apply up to a maximum refund of $16 per statement cycle. Customers 24 years of age and older must be enrolled to receive eStatements and conduct five (5) Point of Sale Debit MasterCard transactions per statement cycle. Customers under 24 years of age are only required to enroll to receive eStatements. Refunds post on last day of statement cycle while account is open and may be reported as income on IRS Form 1099 Misc.
